Fox Searchlight's Street Kings, directed by Training Day producer David Ayer and cowritten by hard-boiled L.A. Confidential author James Ellroy, is a gritty look inside the lives of LAPD officers and the people they shake down. The film features an all-over-the-map cast (Keanu Reeves, Forest Whitaker, Hugh Laurie, Common, Chris Evans, Cedric the Entertainer, Jay Mohr…), and looks to be another white-knuckle thriller from the City of Angels.
