THE FACTS Day job: Clinical assistant First job: Sandwich maker Favorite movie: Urban Cowboy Favorite artist: Lynyrd Skynyrd Number of drinks till sloshed: 8 Between-the-sheets strategy: "I get bored very easily, so a guy has to keep things new and exciting. And don´t argue with me, because I´m going to win!"
THE LOWDOWN This freckled bikini model shares a common trait with the hard-driving cowpokes who settled her state some 100-plus years ago: an exploratory nature. "I took a vacation to the Caymans, got a job offer, and wound up packing up and moving there for six months," she recalls.
She´s also got the work-hard, play-hard, try-anything-once ethic that defines pioneers of all eras. While spending her days as a chiropractor´s assistant, she doesn´t tiptoe around when it´s time to play. "I like Crown Royal with 7-Up. I´ll drink seven or eight or more," she says.
Heidi´s been modeling for five years, ever since a friend asked her to stand in for a last-minute cancellation at a car show. And though she now routinely wins bikini contests, she thought it was a friend´s prank when she got a call saying she´d be in this year´s Hometown Hotties contest.
Whether smiling at a pageant or plotting her next big adventure, Heidi stays grounded by saying whatever´s on her mind. "At least you know where you stand with me," she shrugs. "But I really am a loving person, I just have a hard exterior." And a gorgeous one at that.
