Say hello to Shantelle. She’s crazy, spontaneous (she flew to Negril, Jamaica, to spend Spring Break partying by herself!), and motivated ("When agencies said no, I went online and made my modeling dreams come true through self-promotion on my own Web site,” Shantelle told me.)
