Where you’ve seen them:
These six gorgeous high-kicking hostesses, collectively known as the Fight Jocks, introduce Blackbelt TV—a collection of classic chop-socky movies, TV shows, and live competitions sure to satisfy all your appetites from A to Zen.

Kung Fu Karen
Where you’ve seen her:
Odds are you haven’t. “I’ve done some magazines, but that’s about it. I was working at a restaurant, and someone suggested I come down and audition to be a Fight Jock. I went and I got it!”

Favorite kung fu flick:
Drunken Master, with Jackie Chan. He’s so cute! Who else can kick someone’s ass, then wrinkle his nose and make a funny face?”

Art of war:
“What I like about martial arts is the combination of the health and fitness aspects, and the feeling that you can walk into a room and kick anyone’s ass. But martial arts is not about using it in a bad or evil way. Respect the art of it.”

Job perks:
“I love watching the movies, but I’m really excited about seeing the competitions from around the world. We’re going to show stuff America never gets to see, like fights from Thailand. I’m obviously interested in that because I’m Thai.”

Tuff Trisha
Where you’ve seen her:
After appearing in small roles on shows like MadTV and Beverly Hills 90210, Trisha guest-hosted E! channel’s Wild On.

Favorite kung fu flick:
“I’ll go with Once Upon a Time in China, with Jet Li.”

Kentucky dirty:
“I hosted Wild On Wants You: The Heartland, and it was amazing. It was four days of straight partying. There was this one area, the infield at the Kentucky Derby, where people got really wild. They formed a circle, and there were these dreadlocked guys playing bongos, and then I saw this girl stand up and begin pounding her boobs on some guy’s head! Then she started getting raunchy.”

Prep work:
“When I found out I’d be a Fight Jock, I watched all these kung fu movies. One of the funniest was this animated one, Ninja Scroll. All of a sudden, the characters are buck naked! I’m going, ‘Whoa! A cartoon—with boobs!’”

Killer Kadee
Where you’ve seen her:
After this Texas native put her pompoms to work as a cheerleader in Bring It On, Kadee landed a gig as one of the dancing “Cedsations” on Fox’s Cedric the Entertainer Presents.

Favorite kung fu flick:
“I have lots of favorites. But I have to go with Walker, Texas Ranger, with Chuck Norris. I’ll go to bat for Texas any day.”

Gimme a “whoa”:
“Guys like cheerleaders because they have nice bodies, wear short skirts, and are really enthusiastic. Plus, they’re flexible. When they’re doing splits, I’m sure guys are thinking, I wonder if I could put her legs behind her head.”

Crowd pleaser:
“I once toured with the group 98º as a backup dancer. During one of the shows, my top snapped open. I had to run offstage, trying to cover myself the whole time. I don’t think anyone noticed.” Right…

Swingin’ Sheba
Where you’ve seen her:
Unless you watch a lot of German TV, you’ve probably only seen this statuesque beauty and former dancer in ads for Skyy Vodka, posing as the likes of Carmen Miranda and Cleopatra.

Favorite kung fu flick:
“Right now I’d say The One, with Jet Li. But I’ve always been a fan of old John Woo movies, like The Killer.

Das party is in town:
“The city I’m from, Frankfurt, is a real party town. Actually, a lot of cities in Germany—Munich, Cologne—have great nightlife. Plus they have great theaters where you can see all the action flicks.”

Word fu:
“I verbally kick ass; that’s about it. But never say never. I’m sure I could handle myself if I needed to.”

Jumpin’ Jaymee
Where you’ve seen her:
She played a nurse in Pearl Harbor, but even we weren’t quick enough with the pause button to find her.

Favorite kung fu flick:
“I know it’s cliché, but Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon.

Resident expert:
“I took karate when I was five, and I did it for three years. Then, when I was 16, I took it up again for another year. Now I’m doing tae kwon do, and I’m looking into a wu shu school in L.A.” Whu knu?

Drunken master?
“I recently did a little romantic comedy that starred Pat Morita, the ‘wax on, wax off’ guy! You can’t just call him Pat—he’s Mr. Miyagi. He made a lot of jokes about it himself; he’s heard it all before. And he loves his sake.”

Rockin’ Robin
Where you’ve seen her:
The self-proclaimed party girl from Dallas was named Miss Hawaiian Tropic International in 1999 and Miss Harley-Davidson in 2000.

Favorite kung fu flick:
“I’m a big Bruce Lee fan: Enter the Dragon.

Cheap date:
“I keep it simple. Give me a Bud and some Jim Beam and I’m happy.”

Biker queen:
“I traveled around so much as Miss Harley-Davidson. It was so surreal because these big tattooed guys were like little boys when they came up to you. I’ve signed bikes and ladies’ breasts—which the guys seemed to like.”
