With her role in Harold & Kumar, a part on One Tree Hill, and another gig in the forthcoming comedy Still Waiting…, she’s speeding her way to the top of Hollywood’s A-list.
Did this latest season of One Tree Hill really just fast-forward into the future?
Yeah. They wanted to skip over the college years because we all know from other shows how well that works out. In real life everybody’s 25 to 28, so we look older to begin with. Remember on 90210 how all the characters were, like, 30 when they were in high school? My mom had the biggest problem with Dylan. She goes, “Danneel, this is ridiculous. That guy has a receding hairline and forehead wrinkles.”
What happens to your character, Rachel?
She’s a heroin addict! They find her on the ground, partied out with a needle in her arm.
