For those of you that haven't been following the Blu-ray vs. HD-DVD drama that has been unfolding here at CES, here's a quick rundown.

Days before the show opened, Warner Bros. announced that they were leaving HD-DVD and strictly using Blu-ray to deliver their HD content. That gave the Blu format a big advantage when it comes to studio support.

HD-DVD then cancelled their preshow press conference out of spite, or just plain sadness.

Now, Blu-ray is rubbing it in hard core with displays like the one you see above, and I can't help but feel a little bad. At the same time, it makes for some great high school–style drama. Maybe next HD-DVD will steal Blu-ray's lunch money or bang their girlfriends.
